Pachinko Eats began with one simple idea: food should be made the way it's meant to be made — slowly, carefully, by hand.
In our kitchen, there are no shortcuts taken. Our broths simmer for hours; our sauces are carefully balanced and made entirely by our own hand. Nothing arrives frozen, and nothing is prepared merely to save an hour. It is, admittedly, the harder path — but the only one we know for doing this properly.
We have little interest in being the loudest name in town. We simply wish for every dish that leaves our kitchen to taste as though someone truly cared for it.
Come, sit a while, order something, and let the food speak for itself.
