Produce & Ethos
Our produce is sourced locally and as such our menu changes frequently due to seasonality. We work closely with our suppliers to guarantee a high quality of raw ingredient. Where possible we seek to utilise organic and sustainable produce. We offer a substantive portion of vegetarian and vegan dishes while our meat-based dishes are prepared from ethically reared livestock. We actively seek to reduce food wastage and are fortunate to partner with the gang at Provenance Coffee who collect and feed our food scraps to their piglets.
Our food is sharp yet subtle, fulfilling yet fresh. You will leave content and contemplating your next visit. We are inspired constantly and refine frequently. Attached menus are subject to change.
